I have BBQ and Smoked tritip for years. I really couldnt have done it better than my sandwich today. Glad the smoker was able to light on Thousand Oaks Blvd.
Seriously good tri tip! Im glad i can get some without going to a wood ranch style sit down. I bet the catering would be a hit at a party. The mild sauce still is hot for some taste buds and the mac salad is really good at cooling it down. Well be back for more!
